FROM IDEA TO FINAL PIECE
Send us your inspiration, preferred style, budget, ideal timeline and ring size. These details allow us to accurately develop your design and quotation.
01 — START WITH YOUR IDEA
We’ll refine your ideas, materials, stones and specifications before preparing a detailed quotation for your piece.
02 — DESIGN & QUOTATION
03 — SECURE YOUR DESIGN
An 80% deposit confirms your order and allows us to begin the custom design and manufacturing process.
04 — CAD & APPROVAL
You’ll receive detailed CAD renderings of your piece to review before manufacturing begins. Any final design refinements are made at this stage.
Once approved, your design moves into manufacturing, stone setting, finishing, polishing and final quality inspection.
05 — YOUR PIECE IS MADE
06 — FINAL APPROVAL & DELIVERY
Final photos and videos are shared with you before delivery. The remaining 20% balance is then settled and your piece is prepared for delivery.
CURRENT LEAD TIME
Allow approximately 35–40 working days from deposit, including stone sourcing, metal sourcing, CAD design and approval, manufacturing, stone setting, finishing and final quality inspection.
